Happy St. Patty's Day
Uncas and I are not Irish at all (with names like Sally and Uncas, what would you expect?) So, this is about as festive as I get. Green frosted cookies - yum! It's a new recipe and they are quite tasty. On the menu for tonight . . . Tacos! It's our tradition to have mexican on St. Patrick's Day.
