Easter Nests

I got this really cute recipe to make Easter Egg Nests a really long time ago. The recipe was from Jif Peanut Butter. This year I decided to get motivated to make them because they look so cute. WARNING - this recipe is harder than it seems. I hate nothing more when a recipe doesn't give enough detail. The result below was my second attempt making them. I still don't think I have it right and I don't think I am going to be rushing out to make them again. You use light corn syrup, which I have never used before. If anyone has ever made these before and finds them easy, please share your tips with me. They sure do look cute, but I have no idea if they are edible!
